DHS Hospitality Academy was established in 2016 to offer programs for youths in Asia particularly in placement programs where the learners are placed in the industry within 72 hours of joining DHS as they undergo the 32 hours placement programs. Programs offered by DHS Hospitality Academy are “TRADE” based certification specialized for the Hospitality Industry. Programs offered is to provide CARRER opportunity for all learners to experience the Hospitality Industry

DHS is the strategic partner with 21 learning institutions in Malaysia and comprises of 32 specialized centres for each trade within the hospitality industry. 

Placement Programs offered by DHS are sponsored by the industry and participants would minimum prior to enrolling into the program. DHS offers a total of 250 programs pertaining to the Hospitality Industry and all programs are approved by the Human Resource Development Corporation of Malaysia and certification issues by learning partners of DHS.

DHS also offers “OUTREACH” program partnering with the National Cancer Society of Malaysia, Yayasan Atlet Kebangsaan Malaysia, Yayasan Wilayah Persekutuan and DHS homegrown program called DHSASIANA which provides placement for Homeless, Physically Challenged Individual, Silver Hair program, Single Mother program and B40 placement programs. 

DHS offers the SINGAPORE ATTACHMENT PROGRAM, JAPAN ATTACHMENT PROGRAM and the DUBAI WORK STUDY PROGRAM. Total Trainees trained through DHS since 2016 is 3500 trainees.  

DHS established the ASIA Center for Tourism & Technology offering 30 programs in Tourism and through the Malaysian Hospitality Training Center programs for Industry practitioners DHS would offer programs at 35 locations throughout Malaysia with OPEN UNIVERSITY MALAYSIA.

In 2022 DHS & Tin Tech group enters a partnership to establish ASIA first Edu Tech Platform called SKILLSPRO. SKILLSPRO is the smart partner of OUM CELL through Open University, the Institute of Business Excellence of University Teknologi Mara (UITM) and UPM Education & Training. SKILLS PRO would roll out 250 programs in the first pace of the launch and by the 3^rd quarter of 2022 another 250 programs would be added as to provide programs to assist industry practitioners and youths into the Hospitality Industry.
