Upon completion of the course, the participants will be able to:

Identify procedures room attendants typically follow when reporting to work and preparing to clean guestrooms

Explain how guestroom cleaning assignments are made and how the order in which to clean assigned rooms is determined

Describe the procedures typically followed by room attendants when cleaning guestrooms

Explain the function of a guestroom inspection program

Distinguish routine guestroom cleaning from deep cleaning functions

Identify typical procedures room attendants follow when providing turndown service for guests.
