Upon completion of the course, the participants will be able to:

Explain how area inventory lists and frequency schedules are used to plan the work of the housekeeping department.

Explain the function of performance standards and productivity standards in planning the work of the housekeeping department.

Explain the executive housekeeper’s role in organizing the housekeeping department.

Identify basic management functions of the executive housekeeper.
