Upon
completion of the course, the participants will be able to:
Identify
the major contributions to wine and beer production.
List and
define the three classifications of alcoholic beverages.
Identify
and describe the basic products needed for fermentation.
Define the
term “distillation” and identify the basic parts of a distillation system.
Define the
terms “blending” and “marrying” and give examples of products that depend on
blending for their character.
