Upon completion of the course, the participants will be able to:

Describe characteristics of good service and summarize typical procedures staff members in casual/ theme restaurants use when serving guests, from taking reservations to presenting the guest check; explain techniques servers can use to serve special guests; and describe the importance of planning and implementing service and product improvements.
